Reservation Deposit
★If total accommodation charge is $150 or less, it is to be paid by Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) at once.
★If total accommodation charge is more than $150, reservation deposit is 60% of the total charge.
★For one night reservations, full amount will be charged.
Payment Methods
★Reservation deposit payment can be made by Credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or PayPal.
★Cash is preferred at check-in.
★Credit card payment at check-in will be subject to 3% surcharge by credit card company.
★PayPal payment at check-in will be subject to 5% surcharge by PayPal.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
★Cancellation must be requested by E-mail.
★If cancelled within 7 business days of making the reservation, $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
★If cancelled after 7 business days of making the reservation, $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
★If cancelled within 1-21 business days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be processed.
★If stay is shortened or cancelled at check-in, 60% of the total accommodation will be charged to cover opportunity loss.
★Reservation deposit will be refunded to the original credit card charged only.
★If refund amount is $300 or more, it will take 6-8 weeks for processing.
Check-in and Check-out time
★Check-in time is anytime after 2PM. Please contact if check-in time is before 2PM; Check-out time is 11AM.
